Uvod

Korisnici više ne prihvataju „dovoljno dobro“ iskustvo. Očekuju da sve bude personalizovano, brzo i intuitivno. Istovremeno, tehnologije poput veštačke inteligencije (AI) menjaju pravila igre u UX dizajnu — iskustvo više nije samo vizuelno, već i pametno.
